There’s a pipeline problem with women in tech, so Code First: Girls is making their own funnel, and I was on-hand to accelerate efforts. Leading the digital marketing strategy I doubled the following on Twitter, and oversaw expansion to 2 new universities. To reach more women, I co-organised a conference and hackathon weekend.
